Shipping Rates and Policies
We normally ship using UPS Ground for orders of 1-30 hoses. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days. We calculate shipping based on the following chart:
If you would like to place an order for more than 30 hoses, please "Contact Us" and we will find the best way to get your order to you. Orders of this size may take 14 days or more to fill. A 6.9% tax is added to all South Dakota orders.
Warranty and Return Policy
Armadillo offers a three year limited warranty. If your Armadillo Water Hose experiences a manufacturing defect or does not function normally under regular wear and tear, Armadillo will provide you with a replacement free of charge with receipt or proof of purchase three years from the date of purchase. Please contact us through one of the methods described on the "Contact Us" page to initiate this process. Due to the fact that we are made in the U.S.A and use the highest quality craftmanship and quality controls, we believe you will be more than satisfied with the type of Armadillo Water Hose that you purchase.
